摘　　要：总部经济区R&D能力对城市科技竞争力提升的影响问题,一直以来就是理论界和实务界研究城市发展战略的焦点;但是,总部经济环境在两者关系中扮演什么作用或角色,始终存在着研究空缺。基于此,文章利用相关统计数据进行实证分析,结果表明总部经济区R&D能力对城市科技竞争力有正向促进作用,城市总部经济环境对总部经济R&D能力与城市科技竞争力提升之间关系具有正向调节作用,最后,围绕城市科技竞争力的提升给出了政策建议。The question how the R＆D competence of headquarter economy districts improve the city science ＆ technology com- petiveness is always the focal one of the theory and practice. But there is little research explores the influence of headquarter economy district R＆D competence to the city science ＆ technology competitiveness and the moderation effect of the headquar- ter economy environment. Based on this, by using the relevant statistics, this paper does an empirical study. It finds out that the R＆D competence of headquarter economy district has a positive effect on the city science ＆ technology competitiveness. And the environment of headquarter economy district positively moderated the effect of its R＆D competence on the city science ＆ technology competitiveness. In the end, this paper puts out some policy suggestion on city science ＆ technology competitiveness.
