玻纤沥青瓦屋面防水系统在奎屯金宇房产项目中的应用

摘　　要：新疆奎屯金宇房产项目采用了马赛克玻纤沥青瓦屋面防水系统。该系统以与基层牢粘的双面自粘橡胶沥青防水卷材作为防水垫层,上粘玻纤沥青瓦,同时配用了专用钢钉和强力沥青粘结胶,以提高屋面的防水及抗风揭能力。施工时的合适气温应在5℃以上。Mosaic fiberglass reinforcement asphalt shingle roof waterproofing system is used in Jinyu real estate project of Kuitun city, Xinjiang. The system uses double-faced self-a.dhered rubber modified asphalt waterproofing membrane which can stick on the substrate as the waterproofing underlayment. Fiberglass reinforcement asphalt shingles is adhered on the membrane with special steel nails and powerful asphalt adhesives, so the waterproofing performance and wind uplift resistance of the roof is improved. The construction should be proceeded at environment temperature for more than 5℃.
