温补宣通法在内燥证中的应用

摘　　要：本文以反复发作性口腔溃疡和干燥综合征二例病案为例,试述温补宣通法在内燥证中的应用。笔者认为长期慢性反复发作性的内燥证首要注意其阳气的虚衰,重视阳气虚弱,寒凝痰阻,气滞血瘀,津液不得外达的基本病机,治疗上不能囿于燥热外象,而应大胆采用温阳补气、宣通气机之法,以冀阳气来复,水道得通,津液得布。This article mainly discusses application of Wen Bu Xuan Tong methods in curing internal drying through two ca- ses, one called recurrent oral ulcer, another called sjogren syndrome （SS）. Author believes that whether Yang Qi is weaken or not should be paid first attention on account of body fluid can not be carried up owing to the weakness of Yang Qi, blocked sputum and blood, especially in chronic, long term and repeated diseases happened in old people. So in spite of drying appearance, doctors should boldly apply Wen Bu Xuan Tong methods in curing internal drying diseases in order to strengthen Yang Qi, disperse the internal waterway and carry up fluid.
