摘　　要：石化设备在运行中具有易燃、易爆、高温、高压、有毒、有害、设备结构复杂和生产连续化强等特点。在介绍红外热像检测原理的基础上,通过红外热像仪在监测石化设备内部腐蚀的应用实例,为红外热像技术应用于对运行中的石化设备内部腐蚀实行监测(检测)的可行性提供了依据。There are many characteristics in operation of the petrochemical equipment, such as inflammable, explosive, high temperature, high pressure, poisonous, harmful, complicated in e- quipment structure and continuous production strongly. Based on the principle of infrared ther- mography image testing, a reference to the application of infrared thermal imaging technique in monitoring of internal corrosion in petrochemical equipment is provided, through the application examples of monitoring the internal corrosion of petrochemical equipment with infrared thermal imager.
