摘　　要：黄河三角洲高效生态经济区建设,增强区域整体经济实力,对周边区域尤其是潍坊市产业发展带来巨大推动作用。该区域具有优越的区位优势和丰富的资源条件。作为"黄三角"骨干城市和建设基地之一,潍坊市根据山东省黄河三角洲"点、线、面"循环经济综合试点规划,加强以发展高效生态经济为主题,建设"四点、四区、一带",进一步突出其优势发展水平和成效性,使本市对该区域建设发展最大程度地贡献力量的同时获益最大化。The construction of high efficient ecologically economy zone of the Yellow River Delta not only enhances the overall regional economic strength, but also plays a huge role in promoting industrial development of the surrounding regions, especially Weifang City. The region has superior location advantages and abundant resources. As one of the backbone cities and construction bases of the ＂Yellow Triangle＂, the city of Weifang strengthens the theme of developing the high efficient ecologically economy and building ＂four- point, four districts, one region＂ according to the ＂ point, line, surface＂ circular economy pilot synthesized program of the Yellow River Delta in Shandong Province. Further, it highlights its preponderant developmental level and effectiveness and makes maximum contribution to the development of the region, at the same time , benefits maximization.
