摘　　要：2型糖尿病及乳腺癌的发病率逐年增高,近年来现代研究表明糖尿病与乳腺癌之间存在相关性。中国传统医学认为糖毒瘀热是导致糖尿病及其并发症、合并症的重要因素,故本文诣从糖毒瘀热角度阐明糖尿病合并乳腺癌的病因病机,以期为进一步研究及治疗提供新思路。The incidence of Type 2 diabetes and breast cancer increased year by year.In recent years,modern research has showed that diabetes associates with breast cancer.Traditional Chinese Medicine holds a view that sugar poison stagnant heat is the important factor to lead to diabetes and its complications.So this article will clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic patients with breast cancer from the point of view of sugar poison stagnant heat,in order to provide new ideas for further research and treatment.
