摘 要:为研究甜椒小孢子发育时期的染色鉴定方法以及探讨小孢子发育时期与花器形态的相关性,采用不同染色方法进行甜椒小孢子的细胞学观察,并对小孢子发育期的细胞学特征以及小孢子不同发育时期与花器外观形态的关系进行研究。结果表明,甜椒小孢子经酒精盐酸处理后,用醋酸洋红染色液的染色效果最佳;甜椒小孢子的发育经历四分体期、单核早期、单核中期、单核后期、双核期直至花粉粒成熟期,各时期的特征明显;甜椒小孢子各发育时期与花蕾外部形态具有密切的相关性。The identification method for the development period of sweet pepper microspore,and the relevance between the developmental period of sweet pepper microspore and the morphology of flower organ were studied in this paper.Different staining methods were used to stain the microspore,and then the cytology characteristics of microspore development,the relevance between the microspore development and the flower organ had been studied.The result showed that the effect of alcohol hydrochloride-carmine acetate dyeing was the best.The microspore of sweet pepper developed at six stages:tetrad,early-uninucleate,mid-uninucleate,late-uniucleate,binucleate,and mature stages,each stage demonstrated distinctive characteristics.A significant correlation could be found between development stages of microspore and buds morphology.
