摘　　要：目前很多高校都开设物流管理专业,但是在物流人才培养模式上存在着很多问题。文章针对现有模式的问题和趋势、企业对物流人才的需求等,提出基于企业结构性人才需求的物流人才培养体系。该体系对企业人才聘用、学校教学、学生能力都有很大的实用意义。Nowadays, logistics management major is set up in many universities, but there are still many problems in the mode of logistics talent training. Aiming at problems and trend of the mode, and demand of logistics talent for enterprises, the author put forward a logistics talent training system which is based on the enterprises＇ constitutive demand of talent. The system can make sense in the field of employment in enterprises, teaching in universities and abilities of students.
