柔性辊曲率及下压量对连续柔性成形曲面件形状的影响

摘  要:柔性辊连续成形是一种新型的曲面成形技术。文章对柔性辊连续成形过程进行数值模拟,分析柔性辊曲率对纵向曲率的影响,以及下压量对横向曲率的影响。结果表明,柔性辊曲率增大时,成形件横向曲率增大,同时纵向曲率也随之增大。下压量增大时,成形件纵向曲率增大,同时横向曲率也随之增大。下压量对横向曲率影响较小,柔性辊曲率对纵向曲率的影响很大。对不同成形条件下柔性辊连续成形进行实验,实验结果通过双目立体视觉测量系统进行测量分析,实验结果与模拟结果相近。Continuous sheet metal forming is a new flexible forming technology to manufacture three-dimensional sheet metal parts with various curvatures.A series of numerical simulations were carried out for the three-dimension continuous forming based on flexible roll bending.The influences of the downward displacement on the part vertical curvature and the flexible roll curvature on the longitudinal curvature were analyzed.The results showed that the bigger the downward displacement was,the bigger the longitudinal curvature and vertical curvature of formed parts were.Moreover,the bigger the flexible roll curvature was,the bigger the vertical curvature and longitudinal curvature of formed parts were.The influence of the vertical curvature on the longitudinal curvature was very big.Typical experiments of forming spherical-type surface have been performed.The experiment results were measured and analyzed by a binocular stereo vision measurement system,which demonstrated that experimental results were in good agreement with simulation results.
