摘 要:为准确预测连续柔性成形曲面的最终形状,对成形过程中纵向和横向曲率的相互影响进行研究,并结合回弹因素,建立了数学方程。对典型的三维曲面——鞍形件进行数值模拟和实验验证,基于数值模拟的结果,采用最小二乘法进行拟合,计算出不同纵向曲率对应方程中的参数值;通过对鞍形件的连续柔性成形实验,验证数学方程的有效性和可靠性。The mutual influence between longitudinal and transverse curvatures was investigated for predicting the final shape of the surface part.Combination of interaction and springback effect,a mathematical equation was developed.The forming process of the typical part with saddle shape surface was numerically simulated and verified by experiments.Based on the least-square fitting of the results of numerical simulation at different longitudinal curvatures,the parameter values were calculated.The validity of the presented equation was demonstrated through the continuous flexible forming test for the saddle shape part.
