全科型乡镇卫生院适宜人才教育培训模式的探索研究

摘　　要：目的探索全科型乡镇卫生院适宜人才教育培训模式,并对其实践后的效果进行评估。方法在对该卫生院卫生人员基本情况与教育培训需求进行调查分析的基础上,结合辖区内流行病学调查结果及全科型乡镇卫生院对适宜人才队伍的要求,进行培训方案设计,并在开展培训实践后,通过问卷调查、团体访谈及测试方式进行培训效果评估。结果接受培训人员对教学水平、教学内容满意度为95.2%(40/42),教学方法满意度为92.9%(39/42),教材满意度为90.5%(38/42),课程安排、培训管理满意度为97.6%(41/42);78.6%(33/42)能够掌握或基本掌握全科医学基本理论,88.1%(37/42)掌握或基本掌握公共卫生基础与技术、社区卫生服务基础理论与技术、适宜技术。接受培训人员认为培训对自身基本医疗与公共卫生服务水平提升帮助较大,但自我学习能力尚不足。结论个性化、精细化设计的短期培训对提升农村卫生人员服务能力是必要的,自学意识、自学能力的提升,以及人才队伍建设长效机制的建立,也是不容忽视的问题。Objective To explore and evaluate a general practitioner training model in a township hospital. Methods A training program was designed based on personnel quality,their training demands,epidemiological data,medical personnel requirements of the township hospital.The training program was carried out and evaluated with questionnaire,group interview and tests among the trainees. Results The satisfaction rate on teaching level and content,teaching approaches,textbooks,curriculum and management was 95.2%（40/42）,92.9%（39/42）,90.5%（38/42）,and 97.6%（41/42）,respectively.About 78.6%（33/42） of the trainees could grasp or basically grasp the basic theories of general practice and 88.1%（37/42） could grasp or basically grasp the public health theories and technologies,community health service theories and technologies,and appropriate technologies.The trainers believed that the training program improved their medical and public health service quality.However,they felt inadequate in self-learning. Conclusion Tailor-made and carefully-designed short-term training program is necessary to improve the competence of the medical personnel in township hospitals.Yet self-learning consciousness and abilities,and medical team construction are also important problems to be solved.
