摘　　要：介绍了 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＣＥ特征，分析其适用情况，并区分了 Ｈ／ＰＣ和Ｐ／ＰＣ的差别．以 ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋为例介绍Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ＣＥ的开发工具和中文版的开发平台Ｏｒｉｏｎ及其模拟环境安装．最后，就开发过程中的常见问题给出了解决方案．This paper introduces the technical properties of Windows CE,analyses its applied circumstance,and describes the difference between H/PC and P/PC. Based on Visual C++.this paper also introduces the developing toolkit and the developing platform for Windows CE Chinese edition, which is named Orion,and discusses how to install them.Finally,it presents some solutions to the problems in developing.
