水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕体位治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Barbecue翻滚法体位治疗对水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(HC-BPPV)的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年4月—2012年3月收治的20例HC-BPPV患者通过Barbecue翻滚法体位治疗的效果。结果经过1～3个循环复位治疗后,20例HC-BPPV患者中有16例眩晕消失、2例眩晕减轻、1例症状无明显改善、1例患者在复位过程中由于眩晕明显伴恶心,不能耐受而中止治疗。对2例眩晕减轻和1例症状无明显改善者第2天再次用Barbecue翻滚法治疗2～3个循环复位后眩晕消失。眩晕最终消失的19例患者随访2周均无再发;但1个月后有1例患者眩晕再发,再次采用Barbecue翻滚法治疗后症状消失。结论 Barbecue翻滚法体位治疗HC-BPPV效果明显,应为临床治疗的首选方法。Objective To explore clinical outcome of horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （ HC - BP- PV） after position treatment. Methods The clinical data of 20 HC - BPPV patients who were treated in our hospital with Barbecue rotation therapy from April 2008 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of these 20 patients, vertigo was resolved in 16 patients and improved in 2 cases. The symptom was not improved in one patient. One patient stopped the treatment due to the obvious vertigo and nausea. For these three patients without improved symptom, two or three cycles of Barbecue rotation therapy were provided on the next day and then the vertigo disappeared. During the two - week follow - up, only one patient experienced relapse, which was resolved after Barbecue rotation therapy. Conclusion The Barbecue rotation therapy is highly effective for treating HC - BPPV and should be the treatment of choice.
