摘　　要：骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)作为一种成骨蛋白,属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族中的一员,是维持肾脏正常发育的重要因子。近年来国内外研究表明,BMP-7在慢性肾脏疾病中有重要的抗纤维化作用。本文主要就BMP-7在糖尿病肾病发生、发展中的作用做一综述。As an osteogenic protein,bone morphorgenetic protein-7（BMP-7） is a member of the transforming growth factor-beta（TGF-β） superfamily,which plays an important role in the normal growth of kidney.In recent years domestic and international researches have showed that BMP-7 plays an important role in terms of anti-fibrosis in chronic kidney disease.The paper mainly summarizes the role of BMP-7 in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
