摘　　要：援外项目在充分考虑到经济效益的同时，更要考虑政治效益与社会效益。作为援外工程项目的各参建单位都必须要有十分强烈的政治责任心，要把对国家外交负责的政治使命感贯穿于自己工作的始终。同时，时刻提醒所有参建员工注意，遵守所在国法律法规和风俗习惯，与当地人民和睦相处，树立良好的中国人形象。各国都有自己的建筑习惯，在不影响工程整体质量和观感上的要求，要认真考虑当地的习惯作法，因为很多习惯作法是他们长时间总结出来的与当地气候条件相适应的经验。Foreign aid project should consider economic benefits, political and social benefit is also very important. As the construction units concerned, we must consider the political factors, political mission must be throughout our work all the time. At the same time, always remind all employees joining into the attention, abide by the relevant legal regulations and customs, get along with the local people, set up a good image of the Chinese people. Every country has its own building habit, we should seriously consider the local habits practice If the flows would not influence the overall quality and impressions requirement, because many habits come from the experience of their local climatic conditions.
