摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声在诊断闭合性跟腱断裂中的应用及其声像图特点。方法:回顾性分析25例经高频超声诊断的跟腱断裂并结合临床及手术对比分析,总结闭合性跟腱断裂的声像图特征,明确高频超声的临床诊断意义。结果:25例患者中,完全性跟腱断裂13例,不完全性跟腱断裂11例,跟腱挫裂伤1例,临床诊断符合率96%。结论:高频超声应用于闭合性跟腱断裂的诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective： To study the application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed achilles tendon rupture and its ultrasono- graphic features. Methods ：25 cases with closed achilles tendon rupture diagnosised by the high frequency ultrasound were summarized and analysed retro- spectively. Summarized closed achilles tendon rupture sonographic features, cleared clinical diagnostic significance of high - frequency ultrasound. Results： There were 13 cases of complete rupture and 11 cases of incomplete rupture. One case was achilles tendon laceration. Ultrasonic diagnosis coincidence rate was 96%. Conclusion：The high frequency uhrsound is able to provide accurate diagnosis basis for the clinical treatment.
