摘　　要：随着改革不断向纵深发展,农村基层社会矛盾也日益凸显出来,且具有群体性和激烈性的发展趋势,成为影响农村和整个社会和谐发展的重要因素。农村基层法治的欠缺是农村社会矛盾纠结的重要根源。有效化解农村基层社会矛盾,必须要重视寻求法治化的路径和方法。The rural social conflicts present a kind of new development situation： group character and fierce,which is the important influence sources of the harmonious development of the rural,even that of the whole nation.The absence of the rule by law is the root resulting in the production of the rural social conflicts.Defusing the rural social conflicts must seek the best way,rule by law.
