安列克加宫腔填塞纱条在前置胎盘产妇出血治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的有效措施。方法对20例采用安列克加宫腔填塞纱条治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血采用安列克加宫腔填塞纱条治疗,20例止血均获成功,24h后均经阴道顺利将纱条取出,随访至产后42d,无一例感染及晚期产后出血。结论安列克加宫腔填塞纱条是治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的一种有效方法,可减少急症子宫切除率。Objective To discuss the effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection combined with gauze packing in the treatment of PP postpartum hemorrhage. Methods clinical data of 20 patients with PP postpartum hemorrhage who were treated with Carbo- prost Tromethamine Injection combined with gauze packing were retrospectively analyzed. Results Treating PP postpartum hemorrhage with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection combined with gauze packing successfully stoped hemorrhage in the patients and the gauze was successfully taken out of the patients＇vaginas. There was no infection and late postpartum hemorrhage as indicated by a follow-up 42 day postpartum. Conclusion Treating PP postpartum hemorrhage with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection combined with gauze pack- ing is an effective method and can reduce hystereetomia rates in emergency cases.
