摘　　要：都市农业的发展离不开创新型园艺人才。文章以教师的科技项目、学生的科技创新立项、及毕业设计(论文)为载体,并结合初步实践,探讨都市农业园艺人才创新能力的培养。Urban agricultural development is dependent on innovative horticultural talents. With the science and technology project of teachers, the students＇ science and technology innovation project, the graduation project （dissertation） as the carrier, the horticultur- al teaching method of the innovative type is discussed. We carried on the first step practice and obtained the good result.
