摘  要:采用毛细管流变仪对硅烷处理氢氧化镁阻燃EVA(乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物)的流变性能进行了研究。讨论了剪切速率、剪切应力和温度等因素对共聚物熔体表观黏度的影响,研究了黏流活化能随剪切速率的变化规律。研究结果表明:在实验温度范围内(190~230℃),熔体的表观黏度随温度的升高而降低,随剪切速率和剪切应力的增大而减小;黏流活化能随剪切速率的增大而降低。其非牛顿指数n小于1,说明硅烷处理氢氧化镁阻燃EVA为假塑性流体。当剪切速率无限小时,由Spencer-Dillon公式外推得到阻燃EVA的零切黏度。Capillary rheometry magnesium hydroxide (silane processing) the rheology of flame retardant EVA was studied. The effect of shear rate, shear stress and tempera- ture on the apparent viscosity of EVA was discussed. The changes permanent of the flow activation energy sticky was studied. The experimental results show that in the temperature range(190--230 ℃), The apparent viscosity of melt declined with the in- crease of temperature and also with the increase of shear rate and shear stress. Viscous activation energy decreased with increase of shear rate. The non-Newton index was less than 1,and it indicated that silane treatment of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant EVA is fake plastic fluid. When the shear rate is infinite small, flame retardant EVAns zero cut viscosity can be gotten with a curve extrapolation of Spencer-Dillon.
