摘 要:为了提高碾压混凝土坝施工仿真模型的可信度,以适应其大面积、多坝段合仓浇筑的特点,运用三维实体建模技术、数据库技术等,在碾压混凝土坝施工进度全过程仿真中耦合了动态合仓的模拟方法,即:在仿真过程中综合考虑了各项约束条件,实现可浇筑坝块的动态选择与施工仓面的动态划分.同时,以VC++为开发平台,引入面向对象的仿真建模思想和方法,结合循环网络模拟技术以及排队服务系统建模技术,实现了面向对象的施工动态仿真和施工过程的一体化仿真,使仿真结果更贴近实际施工.研究成果应用于云南某水电站工程中,为该工程的设计与施工提供了决策依据.To fit characteristics of large area and multiple sections combination, the simulation for RCC dam con- strution processes is brought out, which is coupled with the method of dynamic combination for working units. The precision of simulation modeling has been improved by using the technology of 3D modeling and database. That is, in the process of simulation, various constraint conditions are considered synthetically, and the dynamic choice of the dam block which can be poured and the dynamic division of concrete working units are realized. Besides, based on VC++, the thought and methodology of object-oriented simulation are introduced, the technology of Cyclic Net- work and Queue Service System are combined, and object-oriented dynamic simulation and construction integration simulation are realized. Therefore, the simulation results are achieved to be close to that of the actual construction. It is successfully applied in a hydroelectric construction in Yunnan province of China, and is helpful for the decision of its design and construction.
