摘　　要：文章提出利益平衡机制是高校图书馆区城合作与资源共享管理的重要机制,分析了区域合作与共享中的利益协调,给出了利益补偿的考核指标,进而从地缘特点、馆藏特色、文献价格、读者需求、共享经费的使用方面(用Shapley值法建立模型)研究探讨了区域共享平台资源的建设。This paper confers that benefit balance mechanism is a very important mechanism for the regional cooperation and resources sharing management of academic libraries, analyzes the interests coordination in the regional cooperation and resources sharing, gives assessment index of benefit compensation and finally explores the construction of resource sharing platform from the geopolitical fea- tures, the collection characteristics, the readers demand and the use of sharing funds （ Shapley value method is used to establish model） 6 refs.
