摘  要:建立了用柱串联高效液相色谱系统同时检测塑料制品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。研究了流动相、梯度洗脱程序、色谱柱种类、前处理等条件对16种目标物分离的影响。在优化条件下,塑料制品经超声提取,氮吹浓缩后,用二极管阵列检测器进行检测,目标物在1~100 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9962~0.9999。16种邻苯二甲酸酯中DIDP的检测限为1.0 mg/kg,其余物质为0.08 mg/kg。3种不同添加水平,6次平行实验平均回收率为90%~130%,方法的精密度为0.59%~6.9%。适用于塑料制品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的同时检测。A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method using columns in series for the simultaneous determination of sixteen phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in plastic products has been developed. The influence of mobile phase, gradient elution program, types of chromatographic column and pretreatment conditions on the separation of sixteen targets were studied in detail. Under optimum conditions, the method showed a good linearity in the range of 1 - 100 mg/L for sixteen targets, correlation coefficients are between O. 9962 and 0. 9999. The LOD of DIDP is 1.0 mg/L while the others are 0.08 mg/L. The recoveries of six parallel experiment spiked at three concentration levels ranged from 90. 0% to 130.0%, and the precisions of the method (RSD) are 0. 59% -6. 9%. The proposed method had been applied to detection of PAEs in the plastic products. The developed method is suitable for determination of eighteen phthalic acid esters in the plastic products.
