摘  要:建立了水溶性荧光素-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵测定阿莫西林含量的荧光探针法。在pH 8.60的Sфrensen缓冲溶液中,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)与水溶性荧光素(SF)发生荧光减弱反应,加入阿莫西林后,体系荧光强度增强,且加入量与增强程度呈良好线性关系。在优化的条件下,线性范围为0.006~0.72 mg/L,检出限为0.0018 mg/L。检测阿莫西林在动物血清中的含量,回收率为98.4%~100.8%,相对标准偏差在1.6%~3.2%之间。To develop a new fast and simple method for the determination of amoxicillin (AMO). In the SФrensen buffer solution at pH 8.60, soluble fluorescoin (SF) has declined when a certain concentration of the cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB)is added. The declined fluorescence intensity has enhanced obviously after adding amoxieillin and the enhanced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of amoxicillin. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range is 0. 006 -0. 72 mg/L, and the detection limit is 0. 0018 mg/L. The content of amoxicillin in the serum of animal is detected and the average recoveries of the method range from 98.4% to 100.8% , with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.6% -3.2%. This method is highly sensitive, simple, accurate and rapid.
