摘  要:建立了地下水中96种半挥发性有机物的液液萃取-GC/MS分析方法。结果表明,不同pH调节顺序对液液萃取多组分半挥发性有机物的提取效率有差异,先酸性后碱性萃取环境下高于先碱性后酸性的萃取条件。An analytical method has been optimized and developed in this study for the simultaneous detection of 96 semi-volatile compounds (SVOCs) in water. The water samples were extracted by methyl chloride and analyzed by GC-MS after they were adjusted to an appropriate pH. The results showed that under the conditions of LAB, average recoveries of acids, bases and neutrals, and supplements and pesticides were higher than those of LBA. Thus it is better to adjust the pH to acidic first rather than the other way around.
