摘  要:采用紫外线、变温和超声波等物理诱变方法,对SBR工艺处理焦化废水中的活性污泥进行了诱变处理,将诱变后的污泥用于二级生化处理出水的后续处理,比较了处理前后焦化废水中CODCr、NH3-N和TOC的变化,并使用GC-MS方法分别对处理前后焦化废水中有机物的降解情况进行了分析.结果表明,经诱变处理后的活性污泥对焦化废水中剩余CODCr、NH3-N、TOC和难降解有机物的降解能力有所增加;在三种物理诱变方法中,超声波与变温处理对微生物的诱变效果较好,紫外线较差.Three physical mutagen methods including ultraviolet ray, variable temperature and ultrasonic wave were used to mutagenize the activated sludge in SBR system for treating coking wastewater,and the mutagenized sludge were used further for deephy processing to the effluent. The change of CODcr,NH3-N, TOC in the coking wastewater before and after treated by mutagenized sludge were compared each other, and the removal rate of the organic pollutants in the wastewater also was determined by using GC-MS method. The result showed that the degradation ability of the mutagenized activated sludges for the re- mained CODer, NH3-N, TOC and refractory organics in the wastewater increased. Among these three muta- gen methods, ultrasonic wave and variable temperature have a better mutagenesis effect,and ultraviolet ray has a poor one.
