传统产业集群创新系统构建与分析——以广东均安牛仔服装产业集群为例

摘　　要：构建一个集群创新系统的分析框架,将集群创新系统划分为企业主体网络、营利性第三方机构网络、非营利性公共机构网络三个组成部分,并在此基础上以广东省一个典型的传统制造业集群顺德均安镇牛仔服装产业集群——为例,详细分析这三类网络中的行为主体对集群技术创新的影响。揭示均安牛仔服装集群技术升级的成功经验,为我国大量传统轻工业集群的技术创新能力培育提供了借鉴和启示。This paper structures a framework of cluster innovation system, which is made up of three components ： networks of the enterprises, the third profit organizations and nonprofit public organizations. Based on that framework, taking Jun＇ an＇ s industrial clusters of jeans garment as a typical example of traditional industry, this paper studies and explores the im- pact of the behavioral subjects in the three networks mentioned above on technological innovation. This paper also reveals the successful experiences of Jun＇ an＇ s industrial clusters in technology upgrading, so as to enlighten similar clusters of light industry on fostering innovation capacity.
