摘　　要：国际技术溢出信息通过怎样的渠道提升创新型企业自主创新,在知识转化过程中吸收能力起何作用,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。本文从本土企业获取信息的角度对FDI溢出效应进行新的归类,并从理论上分析各种溢出效应怎样影响本土企业自主创新以及吸收能力在其间所起的作用。通过对闽粤121家创新型本土企业调查数据的多元回归分析的实证检验后发现,情报效应和合作效应均对企业自主创新成果有显著的正向影响作用,吸收能力对情报效应与自主创新成果,以及合作效应与自主创新的关系等均具有正向调节作用。It is worth discussing how the intematiolml technology spillover information could improve the in- dependent innovation of innovative companies, and what role the absorptive capacity would play in the trans- formation process of knowledge. This paper explores the reclassification of the FDI spillover effect from the perspective of information acquirement of local companies, and theoretically analyzes the impact of various spillover effects on the independent innovation of local companies and the contribution of absorptive capacity. By empirical test of 121 innovative companies in Fujian- Guangdong areas through multivariate regession analysis method, it is discovered that both information effect and cooperative effect have significant positive effects on the independent innovation outcome of the company, while the absorptive capacity has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between information effect and independent innovation out, as well as on the relatiomhip between cooperative effect and independent innovation.
