摘　　要：目的:调研"05方案"的实施效果及存在的问题,为进一步加强课程建设、改进教学方法、改革考核方式提供理论依据。方法:在我校5个专业12个班的700名学生中,以问卷调查方式统计分析"05方案"实施的效果。结果:对642名学生进行调查,了解到"05方案"实施后,92.21%的医学生对思想政治理论课有了较全面的了解和认识;在课程设置方面,有49.22%的医学生认为合适,47.98%的医学生认为部分合适;49.84%的医学生大部分授课内容可以听懂理解,50.78%的医学生学习思想政治理论课的兴趣明显提高,71.03%的医学生认为提高了自身思想政治理论水平。结论:"05方案"的实施,促进了思想政治理论课教学成为大学生思想政治教育的主阵地、主渠道的同时,医学院校思政课教学仍存在改善和创新的迫切需要。Objective ： To assess the effects of the ideological and political education on college students through implementing ＂05 Program＂ and the existing problems for supplying theoretical basis for perfecting the curriculum,improving the teaching methods and modifying the ways to assess academic performance. Methods： Questionnaire was performed in 700 students from 12 classes of 5 majors in Wannan Medical College regarding the outcomes of implementing the ＂05 Program＂ in ideological and political education through statistical analysis. Results： Of the final 642 students surveyed,92. 21% were fully aware of the ＂05 Program＂. 49.22% thought that the curriculum design was reasonable,and 47.98% considered it partially functional. 49.84% were able to comprehend a majority of the course content,and 50.78% took significantly increasing interest in the ideological and political course. 71.03% thought that they were improved in cognition of the ideological and political theory. Conclusion ：Alhough＂05 Program＂ as a major stand and source looks functional in ideological and political education for college students, certain problems still exist, suggesting that curriculum improvement and modification re- mains necessary in medical colleges.
