贵州省2006～2010年淋病流行趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析贵州省2006～2010年淋病流行病学特征,为制定淋病防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2006～2010年贵州省淋病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2006～2010年全省共报告淋病9170例,发病率从5.93/10万下降到4.43/10万,年均递减6.71%;全省报告病例数较多的是贵阳市、遵义市、黔东南州,占全省报告病例数的56.72%;发病年龄主要集中在20～39岁占63.76%,0～1岁发病呈逐年增高趋势;职业以农民为主占40.13%。结论贵州省2006～2010年淋病发病率总体呈下降趋势,提示贵州省采取的宣传普及性病防治知识、重点人群监测及规范诊治等综合干预措施效果明显;鉴于贵州性病疫情现状,今后需继续扩大性病筛查范围,加大监测力度,加强性病实验室质量控制等防控策略工作。OBJECTIVE To analyze gonorrhea epidemic situation in Guizhou province from 2006 to 2010, to provided basis for control strategies of gonorrhea. METHODS The supervision information from the surveillance administration system and informa- tion about gonorrhea cases from 2006 to 2010 in Guizhou province were analyze by descriptive epidemiology. RESULTS From 2006 to 2010, 9 170 gonorrhea cases were reported in Guizhou and the incidence rate was dropped from 5.93/100 000 to 4.43/ 100 000. The annually reduction of the incidence rate was 6.71%. The reported cases in Guiyang, Zunyi, Qiandongnan ac- counted for 56.72% among the total gonorrhea in Guizhou, most of them was 20-39 age group, of which accounted for 63.76%, the incidence 〈 1 year of age was increasing trend year by year, agriculture group accounted for 40.13% as highest risk group. CONCLUSION In Guizhou province, the incidence rate of gonorrhea has a downward trend during 2006-2010. The main strategies for controlling gonorrhea, including popularization of STD prevention knowledge, surveillance of risk population and regulatory intervention have obvious effect. Then a series comprehensive measures are taken to strengthen the supervision of gon- orrhea, expand the scope of STD screening, and strengthen the quality control of STD laboratory.
