摘　　要：目的调查成都市某垃圾处理场职工健康状况,初步对比分析作业人员与管理人员健康状况,为职业作业人员职业防护提供参考。方法收集该垃圾处理场全体职工职业健康体检资料,加查癌胚抗原(CEA)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)进行肿瘤筛查,同时对145名职工进行临床免疫检查。结果血常规异常情况以血小板异常较突出,肝功能异常者56例(19.93%);心电图异常率8.90%,B超异常率64.10%;职工中空腹血糖偏高、高尿酸血症、高脂血症、高血压发生率分别为19.93%、13.88%、36.30%、15.30%;癌胚抗原、甲胎蛋白筛查均为阴性。结论该垃圾处理场职工患病以心脑血管疾病及营养代谢性疾病为主,是否为代谢综合高危人群征尚待研究,同时高尿酸血症的高患病率以及血液系统的改变也应引起重视。OBJECTIVE To provide preliminary investigation for landfill workers＇ occupational protection by compared the health status of landfill workers with management staff in Chengdu. METHODS We collected the occupational health medical data and conducted eareinoembryonie antigen （CEA） and alpha-fetoprotein （AFP） screening among the landfill workers. We also checked clinical immunology among 145 workers. RESULTS Platelet abnormality was prominent in blood abnormality. There were 56 workers with abnormal liver function （19.93%）. ECG and ultrasound abnormal rate was 8.90% and 64.10% re- spectively. The incidence rates of IFG, hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension were 19.93%, 13.88%, 36.30%, 15.30%, while carcinoembryonic antigen and alpha-fetoprotein screening were both negative. CONCLUSION Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nutritional and metabolic diseases are the primary diseases among the landfill workers. More studies are needed to investigate whether landfill workers are the high-risk groups of metabolic syndrome, and to pay attention to hyperuricemia and the changes of blood system.
