摘 要:目的了解贵州省三穗县乡、村卫生队伍现状。方法 2010年8月对贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州三穗县10个乡镇卫生院和123个村卫生室卫生人员共213人进行问卷调查。结果平均每乡镇卫生院人员8.4人,每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员0.43人,每村乡村医生和卫生员0.74人,每千农业人口乡村医生和卫生员0.66人,明显低于贵州省平均水平;乡镇卫生院人员执业助理医师占58.9%,执业医师占20.2%,注册护士占16.7%,药剂人员占2.4%,检验人员占0.9%,无专业技术人员占0.9%;医(药、护、技)士占82.1%,医(药、护、技)师占28.6%,无职称者占1.2%;大专占52.4%,中专占34.5%,本科占11.9%,无医学学历者占1.2%。村卫生人员乡村医生占91.5%,执业(助理)医师占8.5%;中专占75.2%,大专9.3%,无医学学历者占15.5%;平均月均收入740元。结论三穗县乡村卫生人员短缺;专业素质偏低,结构不合理;村卫生人员基本待遇有待提高。OBJECTIVE To describe the current situation of human resources for health personnel at township health centers and village clinics in Sausui county, Guizhou Province. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 213 health personnel at 10 township health centers and 123 village clinics, Sansui county, Qiandongnan autonomous prefecture of Miao and Dong minorities, Guizhou province on August of 2010. RESULTS The results showed an average of 8.4 persons of health workers at a township health center, 0.43 persons of health workers at township health centers per 1 000 rural population, 0.74 persons of village doctors and assistants at a village, 0.66 persons of village doctors and assistants per 1 000 rural population, which was lower than the average level of Guizhou province. About 58.9% respondents at township health centers worked as as- sistant medical doctor, 20.2% as medical doctors, 16.7% as registered nurses, 2.4% as pharmaceutical personnel, 0.9% as laboratory technical personnel, and 0.9% as none of any occupation qualification; 82.1% had medical assistants of technical posts, 28.6% for medical doctors of technical posts, and 1.2% for none of any title of technical post. 52.4% were graduated from junior college, 34.5% from technical secondary school, 11.9% from college, and 1.2% from none of medical education institution. About 91.5% of respondents at village clinics worked as village doctors, 8.5% as assistants of medical doctor or medical doctors; 75.2% were graduated from technical secondary school, 9.3% from junior college, and 15.5% from none of medical education institution. Respondents at village's chnics reported 740 Yuan of average monthly income. CONCLUSION Rural health personnel at Sansui county are in a shortage, with the structure of lower technical quality, and unreasonable spe- cialty. The income level of village health personnel should be increased.
