摘　　要：HPV18型是仅次于HPV16型的高危性HPV病毒,研究发现HPV18型感染与多种肿瘤的发生有关,而HPV18E6E7癌基因在细胞转化中起着重要作用。本文针对HPV18的致癌分子机制和与肿瘤的关系以及相关疫苗的研发进展做一综述。Human papillomavirus type 18 （HPV18） is the second most common oncogenic HPV genotype, responsible for a variety of tumors worldwide. Substantial studies have demonstrated that the initiation of cell transformation and progression of rel- ative cancers were closely associated with HPV18 E6 and E7 oncogenes. In this work, we discuss the molecular mechanism of carcinogenicity, the relationship to tumors and the current progress of the therapeutic vaccines with HPV 18.
