摘　　要：腹腔和腹膜后巨大肿瘤是一种较少见的肿瘤。目前,手术是惟一有效治疗措施。数字医学技术及其相关研究将CT、MR等二维平面图像转化成立体三维图形,可以直观、形象的观察腹腔肿瘤与其他脏器、血管和组织的空间解剖关系。The abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal tumors are some kind of rare tumors. The surgical resection is the only effective measure. In recent years, the digital medical technologies had developed rapidly , which can transform the CT, MR and other two-dimensional images into three-dimensional graphics .As a result ,the intuitive anatomical relationship between the observed intra-abdominal tumor and other organs, blood vessels , closed tissue ,ets are well displayed.
