摘　　要：以LF 7-2 EPCI项目为例,阐述了CTOD原理及工艺评定过程,并结合项目施工过程中有、无CTOD工艺的对比,阐明了CTOD试验在海洋平台建造过程中发挥的重要作用,指出CTOD工艺在保证焊接质量的前提下,节省了大量人力、物力,并缩减了施工工期,值得推广。Taking LF 7-2 EPCI project as the example,this paper elaborated CTOD principle and technology assessment process,combining with the contrast with,no CTOD technology in project construction process,elaborated the CTOD test played important functions in offshore platform construction process,pointed out that the CTOD technology under guaranteed welding quality,saved a lot of manpower,material force,and reduced construction period,worthy of promotion.
