摘　　要：结合具体工程实例,从工程的招投标、合同的签订、施工过程及竣工结算等阶段论述了工程面临的风险,提出只有采取有效的控制策略,对低价中标工程进行全方位的监控,才能达到工程扭亏为赢的效果,解决了现行建筑市场低价中标工程的经营管理问题。Combining with specific projects examples,this paper discussed the risks presented in project from project bidding,contract signing,construction process and completion settlement stage,put forward only to take effective control strategy,made full range of monitor to lower price bidding project,in order to achieve the project torsional deficit effect,solve the operating management problems of current construction market lower price bidding engineering.
