摘 要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病患者急性加重期IL-6的表达变化与肺炎衣原体感染的相关性研究。方法选择58例COPD急性加重期患者、50例COPD稳定期患者、60例健康体检人员(对照组),采用微量免疫荧光法测定血清中肺炎衣原体特异性抗体IgA、IgM和IgG,同时采用ELISA法检测患者血清中IL-6的含量,观察两者间的关系。结果 COPD患者血清IL-6含量显著高于对照组,且COPD患者急、慢性肺炎衣原体感染均高于对照组;肺炎衣原体IgA抗体滴度与IL-6含量呈正比。结论急性肺炎支原体感染可能参与诱发COPD急性加重,慢性肺炎衣原体感染与IL-6升高可能共同参与了COPD的发病。Objective To study the relationship between IL-6 expression changes and chlamydia pneumonia infection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in acute aggravating period. Methods Fifty-eight cases of acute ex- acerbation of COPD patients, 50 cases of patients with stable COPD, 60 cases of health medical personnel (control group) were selected, parameters of chlamydia pneumonia infection (IgA, IgM and IgG) were tested by the micro-im- munofiuorescence, IL-6 level was tested by ELIS~, the relationship between IL-6 and the IgA, IgM and IgG was ob- served. Results The level of IL-6 were higher in patients with COPD group than that of control group. And acute chronic chlamydia pneumoniae infection rate of COPD patients were higher than that in control group; the lgA anti- body titer of chlamydia pneumonia was proportional to IL-6 content. Conclusion Acute mycoplasma pneumoniae in- fection may be involved in induced acute exacerbation of COPD, chronic chlamydia pneumoniae infection and IL-6 may be elevated to participate in the pathogenesis of COPD.
