摘　　要：目的探讨CT扫描对阑尾周围脓肿的临床诊断价值。方法选取48例术前经CT检查诊断为阑尾周围脓肿患者,追踪患者术后病理结果,将病理结论同CT影像诊断进行对比。结果经CT诊断为阑尾周围脓肿的48例患者,经术后病理均确诊为阑尾周围脓肿,CT的诊断准确率为100%。结论 CT诊断阑尾周围脓肿安全、无创伤、准确率高,可作为临床诊断阑尾周围脓肿的首选检查方法。bjective To investigate the clinical value of CT scaning on diagnosis of periappendiceal abscess. Meth- ods Forty-eight cases of patients who were diagnosed as periappendiceal abscess with CT diagnosis before the operation were selected, and postoperative pathological findings were tracked, diagnosis were contrasted between pathological conclusions and CT scaning. Results All 48 cases of patients who were diagnosed as periappendiceal abscess with CT scaning were confirmed with pathologic diagnosis, accurate rate of CT Scaning was 100%. Conclusion CT scan is safe, non-invasive, high precision in diagnosing periappendiceal abscess, and can be applied as preferred detecting methods in diagnosing periappendiceal abscess.
