产后逐瘀胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察产后逐瘀胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女待孕囊排出后随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组在孕囊排出后口服产后逐瘀胶囊3粒,每日3次,连服7d。对照组在孕囊排出后,未经任何处理。结果治疗组阴道出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组阴道出血时间较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后逐瘀胶囊可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,推荐临床应用。Objective To observe the influence of Chanhou Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Early pregnancy women with their will to accept medical abortion were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50） after the gestational sacs discharged. In the treatment group, fight after discharge of the gestational sacs, patients were given Chanhou Zhuyu Capsule taken 3 ones, 3 times a day, for 7 consecutive days; while in the control group, there was not any treatment after the gestational sacs discharged. Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The bleeding time of treatment group was greatly shorter than that of control group, comparison of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Chanhou Zhuyu Capsule can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the bleeding time after medical abortion, which is worthy of extensive application in clinic.
