整体护理配合康复训练对脑梗死后运动功能障碍的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理配合康复训练对脑梗死后运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1～12月经临床明确诊断为脑梗死急性期和恢复期的60例住院患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组30例采用脑血管病的常规护理方法,实验组30例在此基础上进行早期康复护理干预。比较两组方法的临床疗效。结果实验组经康复训练后Barthel指数改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论整体护理配合康复训练有助于脑梗死后运动功能障碍的恢复,为促进脑血管病康复提供了新思路。Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing combining with rehabilitation training on motor dysfunction due to cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of patients diagnosed as cerebral infarc- tion at an acute or recovery stage in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups： control group （n = 30） and experimental group （n = 30）. Patients in control group were given routine nursing same as other cerebrovascular diseases; while in the experimental group, on the basis of treating the control group, early rehabilitation training and holistic nursing as interventions were provided. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The Barthel index improvement before and after training in experimental group was much higher than that of control group （/9 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The holistic nursing combining with rehabilitation training is beneficial to motor dysfunction recovery after suffering from cerebral infarction, which paves a new access for promoting rehabilitation of the cerebrovascular diseases.
