综合护理干预对口腔正畸依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对口腔正畸依从性的影响。方法通过对2007年5月～2011年5月400例口腔正畸病例进行回顾性研究,并随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各200例。对照组实行正畸治疗的同时仅辅以口腔卫生方面的指导;实验组采取全程护理并从认知、心理、行为等方面采取针对性的干预措施。治疗结束后比较两组患者正畸治疗依从性和满意度两方面的差异。结果与对照组相比,实验组在按时复诊、矫治装置的保持和口腔卫生等依从性方面以及在满意度方面均有明显改善,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预措施能提高正畸患者的遵医依从性,改变患者在正畸治疗中的行为方式,提高患者及家属对治疗过程和效果的满意度。Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of orthodontic patients. Methods Four hundreds cases of orthodontic patients from May 2007 to May 2011 were retrospectively stud- ied, and they were randomly divied into control group and study group, each group have 200 patients. The patients in control group received orthodontic treatment and supplemented with oral health education while the patients in study group received the whole course nursing and comprehensive intervent, included cognition, psychology and behavior. The orthodontics compliance and satisfied of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results The orthodon- tics compliance Of study group was significant better than that of control group in the aspect of return visit on time, how to handle the corrective devices and the oral health, the differences were all highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the compliance of orthodontic patients, change the behavior of patients in orthodontic treatment, improve patients and families＂ satisfaction of the treatment process and its effects.
