摘 要:目的观察GSS型脊柱内固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法采用GSS型内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者82例。结果 82例患者骨折椎体前、后缘高度由术前的42%和56%恢复到术后的89%和95%,Cobb′s角由术前平均25.3°矫正到术后平均3.1°;术后随访8~24个月,8例完全性瘫痪患者中4例有1~2级恢复,66例不完全性瘫痪患者有1~3级恢复。结论 GSS型内固定系统可满意复位伤椎,且固定确切牢固,能有效起到脊髓减压的作用,疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of GSS type spinal holder treatment of thoracolumbar fracture combined spinal cord injury. Methods Eighty-twocases of thorcolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury were treated with GSS instrumentation. Results Anerior and posterior hight of compressed vertebral bodies was corrected from 42% and 56% pretoperatively to 89% and 95% postoperatively respectively; And Conn's angle was corrected from 25.3° preoperative to 3.1° postoperatively. The post-operative follow-uo was from 8 to 24 months with an average of 11 months, 4 cases recovered 1 to 2 grades in 8 cases with complete paralysis, and other 66 cases with incomplete paralysis recovered 1 to 3 grades. Conclusion GSS instrumentation can achieve anatomical reduction and reliable fixa- tion of fractured vertebrae, and effective decompression of spinal cord, the results are satisfactory.
