经尿道电切加膀胱内灌注吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切加膀胱内灌注吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法45例腺性膀胱炎经尿道电切加膀胱内灌注吡柔比星,观察其临床疗效。结果45例患者治疗期间无肝肾等脏器功能损伤,治愈31例、有效10例、无效4例,总有效率为91.1%。结论采用经尿道膀胱电切术加膀胱腔内灌注吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎,可取得满意疗效,值得在基层医院推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of urethral electrocision plus intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in treatment of glandular cystitis. Methods Forty-five cases of glandular cystitis were treated with urethral electroci- sion plus intravesical instillation of pirarubicin and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results Among the 45 patients, liver or kidney damage were not found during the course of treatment, 31 cases were cured, 10 cases showed effective and 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.1%. Conclusion Urethral electrocision plus intravesical in- stillation of pirarubicin in treatment of glandular cystitis can achieve a satisfactory effect and it is worthy to be recom- mended for clinical application in basic level hospitals.
