四物汤配方颗粒联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四物汤配方颗粒联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物(爱维治)治疗缺血性视神经病变患者的治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月在本院行眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查,明确诊断为缺血性视神经病变的63例患者,将患者随机分为两组。对照组30例,采用小牛血清去蛋白提取物300mL/d静脉滴注治疗。研究组33例,在对照组基础上给予四物汤配方颗粒治疗。两组均治疗1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的视力、平均视野缺损情况。结果与对照组患者视力疗效(73.3%)比较,研究组患者视力疗效(90.9%)明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者比较,研究组患者平均视野缺损改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四物汤配方颗粒联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗视神经病变疗效更好,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Siwu decoction particles combined with deproteinised calf blood injec- tion （Actovegin） in treatment of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods Sixty three patients who were checked by fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） in our hospital in January 2010 to December 2011 and diagnosed definitely as ischemic optic neuropathy were chosen. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in control group were injected 300 mL Actovegin every day. 33 patients in research group were given Siwu decoction particles based on the control group. The patients of the two groups were all treated for one month. The patients＂ eye- sight and average visual field defects situation in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group patients vision effect rate of 73.3%, the research group vision effect rate were 90.9%, which was obviously improved and there was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the average visual field defects effect of the control group, the research group patient＇s symptoms improved obviously and there was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Siwu decoction particles combined with Actovegin in treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy has good curative effect, which is worthy to be popularized.
