全方位护理干预对老年患者ERCP术围术期心理状态及应激情况的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全方位护理干预对老年患者ERCP术围术期心理状态及应激情况的影响。方法选取2010年4月～2012年4月于本院进行ERCP术的98例老年患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)和观察组(全方位护理干预组)每组各49例,将两组患者干预前及干预后不同时间段的应激反应程度、SCL-90评分和血流动力学指标进行比较。结果观察组干预后不同时间段的应激反应程度轻度者比例、SCL-90评分均低于对照组,而血流动力学指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预对老年患者ERCP术围术期心理状态及应激情况的影响较为明显,对于患者手术的顺利进行发挥着积极的作用。Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for the mentality and stress condi- tion of elderly patients with ERCP during perioperative period. Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with ERCP in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into con- trol group （routine nursing intervention group） and observation group （comprehensive nursing intervention group） with 49 cases in each group, then the stress level, SCL-90 score and hemodynamics indexes of two groups before and after the intervention at different times were compared. Results The mild proportion of stress level and SCL-90 score of ob- servation group after the intervention at different times were all lower than those of control group, hemodynamies in dexes were better than those of control group, there were all significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for the mentality and stress condition of elderly patients with ERCP during pe- rioperative period is obvious, and it plays an active role for the operation smoothly.
