摘  要:为研究竹纤维纬平织物的热湿舒适性能,采用以竹纤维、棉纤维、锦纶长丝为原料的6种不同纤维含量的纬平织物为研究对象,对其冷暖感、热传导率、回潮率、透湿量、芯吸高度和透气量等指标进行测试,进而采用灰色聚类分析的方法对各种织物的热湿舒适性能进行研究。结果显示:含竹纤维的织物具有较好的导热性及湿传导性,其热舒适性能要比棉纤维和锦纶长丝的好。Six kinds of plain knitted fabrics with nylon filament fiber, bamboo fiber, cotton fiber, etc. as raw materials were studied to investigate the thermal-moisture comfort properties. Some factors such as the sense of well-being, thermal conductivity, moisture regain, water vapor permeability, wicking height and air permeability were tested. By using the gray cluster analysis method, the integrated evaluation of thermal-moisture comfort properties of the fabrics was conducted. Experiment results show that the fabric containing bamboo fibers performs well in warm-retention and water vapor transmission, and its thermal-moisture comfort property is better than those containing nylon filament fiber and cotton fiber.
