中西医结合治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症的临床效果。方法免疫性血小板减少症患者116例根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各58例,治疗组接受标准激素联合中药治疗,对照组接受单纯标准激素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为75.9%,治疗组的近期疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前CD19+/CD20+淋巴细胞数比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组均明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合治疗免疫性血小板减少性症可提高治疗疗效,安全性好,能有效改善免疫功能,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic immune thrombocytopenia in the elderly patients.Methods 116 patients with immune thrombocytopenia under hospital order were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 58 cases in each group,the treatment group were received standard hormone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group were only received standard hormone therapy.Results The effective rate was 96.6% in the treatment group,it was 75.9% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Two groups＇ adverse reactions contrast had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.The CD19＋/CD20＋ lymphocyte count compared between the two groups had no significant difference before treatment,and all were decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,compared between two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic immune thrombocytopenia in the elderly patients may improve treatment efficacy,it is safety and effective in improving immune function that should be widely applied.
