驻藏官兵睡眠质量及心理健康水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析驻藏部队官兵睡眠质量和心理健康状况。方法采用随机抽样法,选择驻西藏部队官兵208名,以在西藏高原居住时间为标准分为适应组和习服期组,分别采用PSQI和SCL-90量表进行睡眠质量和心理健康状况调查。结果习服期组PSQI总分明显高于适应组(P<0.01),而且影响睡眠的各个因子的得分除催眠药物之外都显著或非常显著地高于适应组的得分(P<0.05、P<0.01)。驻藏部队官兵SCL-90总分和强迫症状、精神病性、躯体化、抑郁和焦虑因子分值显著或非常显著地高于中国军人常模(P<0.05、P<0.01);并且适应组躯体化、精神病性、强迫症状、抑郁和焦虑因子分值非常显著地高于习服期组(P<0.01),而SCL-90总分和人际敏感等其他因子分值与习服期组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在高原缺氧环境下,习服期组官兵由于尚未完全适应高原环境,其睡眠质量较适应组差;而适应组官兵由于驻藏时间较长,其心理健康状况差于习服期组。应根据驻扎时间等不同特点采取针对性措施以改善驻藏部队官兵的睡眠质量、提高心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the sleep quality and mental health status of military personnel in Tibet.Methods 208 military personnel in Tibet were randomly divided into adaptation group and acclimatization period group according to the time how long they came into Tibetan plateau.A questionnaire survey was carried out with the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale（PSQI） and symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）.Results PQSI of acclimatization period group was higher significantly than that of adaptation group（P〈0.01）.And the scores of the factors affecting sleep quality except drug hypnosis of acclimatization period group were higher significantly than that of adaptation group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The general mean score of SCL-90 and the scores of obsessive-compulsive,psychoticism,somatization,depression and anxiety about military personnel in Tibet were higher significantly than that of SCL-90 norm of Chinese military personnel（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Moreover,in the adaptation group,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression and anxiety were higher than that of acclimatization period group（P〈0.01）,compared with acclimatization period group,the SCL-90 total score and interpersonal sensitivity score was not statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In Tibet plateau,the sleep quality of the adaptation group is better than that of the acclimatization period group.However,the metal health status of the adaptation group is inferior by comparing with the acclimatization period group.So the targeted measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality and the mental health status of the military personnel in Tibet according to the different characteristics such as the different time how long they have came into Tibetan plateau.
