摘 要:目的探讨建立急诊护理亚专业组模式对于提高急诊护士综合素质和患者救治成功率、满意度及推动急诊护理学科发展的作用。方法规划和组建急诊护理亚专业组,选拔各亚专业组长,实施组长负责制进行组内培训考核及组间轮训,最后并分批次考核分组前后各亚专业组及全科人员。结果分组后急诊护士的临床护理综合能力得分高于分组前,患者的救治成功率由89%提高到97%,随机对200例患者及家属调查满意度由分组前的87%提高到分组后的96%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论急诊护理亚专业组模式能有效促进急诊专科护士综合素质的培养,提高患者救治成功率和满意度,是适应急诊亚专业发展的需要和推动急诊护理学科发展的有效模式。Objective To investigate the effect of establishing sub-specialty group model for emergency nursing on improving nurses′ comprehensive quality and patients′ rescue success rate,satisfaction degree,and on promoting discipline development of emergency nursing.Methods The sub-specialty groups for emergency nursing were established and the sub-specialty group leaders were selected.Under group leader accountability,within-group training and examination and between-group training in rotation were conducted.Last,each sub-specialty group and all the staffs of the department before and after grouping were assessed in turn.Results After grouping,the emergency nurses′ comprehensive clinical nursing capacity score was higher than that before grouping,the patients′ rescue success rate increased from 89% to 97%,random satisfaction survey of 200 patients and their family members showed that the satisfaction degree increased from 87% to 96%,there were significant differences(all P〈0.05).Conclusion The sub-specialty group model for emergency nursing can effectively improve nurses′ comprehensive quality and patients′ rescue success rate and satisfaction degree,thereby is an effective model suitable for the development needs of sub-specialty and for the promotion of discipline development of emergency nursing.
