消胀合剂灌肠治疗吻合器痔上黏膜环切术后肛门坠胀的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消胀合剂灌肠治疗吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后肛门坠胀的临床疗效。方法选择我科2011年8月～2012年3月收治的PPH术后肛门坠胀的痔病患者90例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例，两组患者均在PPH术后给予苦黄洗剂坐浴，抗生素治疗3d，治疗组应用消胀合剂灌肠治疗，对照组应用甲硝唑灌肠治疗，共用7d。结果治疗组不同时间肛门坠胀评分较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组对PPH术后肛门坠胀总有效率为91．11％（41／45），明显高于对照组的57．78％（26／45），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论消胀合剂能发挥理气活血、清热除湿的作用，能有效地治疗PPH术后肛门坠胀，有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on Xiaozhang Mixture Enema in treatment of anal bulge after PPH operation. Methods 90 patients with anal bulge after PPH operation in our hospital during Augest 2011 to May 2012, who were divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 45 patients according to the random digits table method. After PPH operation, patients of two groups were given hip bath with Kuhuang Lotion and were administrated routinely with antibiotics for 3 days. The patients of control group were given Metronidazole Enema and the patients of treatment group were given Xiaozhang Mixture Enema for 7 days. Results The score of the anal bulge in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the total efficacy rate of anal bulge after PPH operation in treatment group was 91.11% （41/45）, wich was obvi- ously higher than that of the control group 57.78% （36/45） with significance difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Xiaozhang Mixture can make qi and blood circulation, heat detoxification dehumidification effect, can be effective in the treatment of PPH anal bulge with certain degree of clinical significance.
